The 203(k) program is
HUD's primary program to renovate the existing housing stock and
expand homeownership opportunities. The program allows
Homebuyers to
buy a home and
renovate it
with one convenient loan package. AHS provides the following
required services for this popular program:

FEASIBILITY
STUDY "The Best Deal In Town"
For only $100 an
AHS Inspector will meet home shoppers on-site to provide a
minimum property standard, "home inspection" and generate a cost
analysis for required and desired improvements to the property.
This inspection will let you know if improvements to the
property will fit your budget and will also provide valuable
information to help make your purchase feasible. |

WORK WRITE-UP
Once the purchase
of the home and improvements have been determined feasible a
detailed specification of repair report is required to close
your
Purchase Plus Loan.
The
report will be finished quickly and forward to your Lender and
Appraiser. The report can also be generated with helpful
Contractor Bid Packages. |

DRAW INSPECTIONS
AHS FHA approved
inspectors conduct inspections throughout the construction
process. Your Lender will be alerted about construction
funds approved for release. |
